At Sweet Peeps Studio, we understand the significance of the memorial materials you entrust to us. Every shipment is handled with care, respect, and attention throughout each step of the keepsake journey.

Collection Kit Delivery

Once your order is placed, we'll prepare and ship your collection kit to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Your collection kit includes everything needed to safely prepare and return your memorial materials to the studio, along with detailed instructions to guide you through the process.

Returning Your Memorial Materials

After preparing your collection kit, you'll return it to Sweet Peeps Studio using the included pre-addressed mailer.

Customers are responsible for purchasing return postage.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend:

• Using a trackable shipping service.
• Retaining your tracking number until you receive confirmation that your package has safely arrived at the studio.
• Purchasing additional shipping insurance if you feel it is appropriate for your shipment.

Confirmation of Arrival

When your memorial materials arrive at Sweet Peeps Studio, we'll notify you by email so you know they have been safely received and are ready to begin the keepsake creation process.

Processing Time

Because every keepsake is handcrafted individually, production begins after your memorial materials have been received by the studio.

Current production timelines are displayed on our website and may vary throughout the year depending on order volume.

Returning Your Keepsake

Once your keepsake has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you.

Your completed order will include:

• Your handcrafted keepsake.
• Any unused memorial materials, when applicable.
• Care instructions for your jewelry.

A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We understand the irreplaceable nature of the memorial materials entrusted to us.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While Sweet Peeps Studio cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged during transit, we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible.

If your completed keepsake arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
