No. You may choose Images Only and have your locket created with your selected photographs, with no keepsake material required.

If you would like us to preserve a small amount of your pet’s ashes, fur, or another approved keepsake material within your locket, select Keepsake Inclusion + Image when ordering.

After placing your order, you’ll receive instructions for uploading the photographs you’d like included in your locket.

For Images Only orders, we’ll use your submitted photographs to begin preparing your locket.

For Keepsake Inclusion + Image orders, we’ll also send you a thoughtfully prepared Collection Kit with everything needed to safely return your keepsake to our studio. Once it arrives, we’ll create your keepsake setting, prepare your photograph, and complete your locket by hand.

You’ll receive updates along the way, including shipping information when your finished locket is on its way home.

Yes. Engraving may be added to any locket for $30, whether you choose Images Only or Keepsake Inclusion + Image. Available engraving options will be shown when you place your order.

Absolutely. A Sweet Peeps locket can be created as a meaningful gift for someone you love. Simply place the order using the photographs and, if selected, keepsake material intended for their locket.

For Keepsake Inclusion + Image orders, the Collection Kit can be used to safely gather and return the keepsake material needed to create the piece.

Because each locket is prepared individually, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We’ll gladly accommodate changes when possible, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Because each locket is created specifically for you,all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your piece arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right whenever possible.

Only a very small amount is needed to create your keepsake setting. Your Collection Kit will include instructions and the appropriate container so you know exactly how much to send.

We source our lockets from a trusted fine-jewelry supplier, then each piece is individually finished by Sweet Peeps Studiowith your selected photograph and, when chosen, your keepsake inclusion.

Yes. While Sweet Peeps Studio was created to honor the bond we share with our pets, Images Only lockets may feature photographs of the people you love, too.

You can choose the photographs that hold meaning for you, whether they capture a beloved pet, a person, or a memory you want to keep close.

Your locket is designed to be worn and treasured, but like all fine jewelry, it should be treated with care. We recommend removing your necklace before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping, and avoiding prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and household chemicals.

Store your locket in a clean, dry place when it isn’t being worn. Gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry jewelry cloth as needed.

Avoid submerging your locket in water or using jewelry cleaners, polishing solutions, or abrasive materials, as these may damage the photograph or keepsake setting inside.

Yes. Each Sweet Peeps locket is prepared individually using your chosen photograph and, when selected, your keepsake material. Natural variations in photographs and keepsake inclusions mean no two finished pieces will be exactly alike.

Images Only orders typically ship within 5–7 business days of purchase.

For Keepsake Inclusion + Image orders, we’ll first send your Collection Kit so you can safely return your keepsake to our studio. Once your keepsake arrives, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your locket to be completed and shipped.

Because each locket is prepared individually, processing times may vary slightly throughout the year.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

Yes. We’ll keep you informed as your order moves through each important stage. For Keepsake Inclusion + Image orders, this includes confirmation when your keepsake arrives safely at our studio. For all orders, you’ll receive shipping information when your completed locket is on its way to you.

Sweet Peeps Studio is based in Saratoga Springs, New York, where each locket is individually prepared and finished by hand.

Our studio is not open to the public, and we do not accept in-person drop-offs or pickups. All orders and keepsake materials are handled through our secure shipping process.
